He held the position of Banker and Head of Pulp & Paper, Agribusiness and Diversified Industries at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Bank (2005/2007), statutory director, member of the Executive Committee, Head of the Corporate and Investment Bank, and representative of the Department of Latin America at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (2007/2018). He was also a partner and member of the Global Financial Services and Insurance Practices at Heidrick & Struggles (2018/2021) and Deputy Director at Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais – CEMIG (2021/2022).
