Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Faculdades Integradas Newton de Paiva/MG (1993) and Business Administration from Fundação Mineira de Educação e Cultura – FACE-FUMEC (1979). In additional, Mr. Moreira participated in the Executive Development Program (PDE) and the Executive STC taught by Dom Cabral Foundation MG/Brazil (2005) and Kellogg School of Management Chicago/USA (2008). He was Deputy Director of Compliance, Corporate Risks and Internal Controls at Cemig (2019/2023), Chief Executive Officer (2018/2019) and Financial and Administrative Officer (2016/2018) at Stola do Brasil Ltda., Chief Financial Officer of the Pernambuco Project at FCA Group - FIAT/JEEP (2014/2016), member of the Controlling Executive Board at FIAT Group (2008), Chief Financial Officer at FIAT Group Automobiles South Africa (PTY) Ltda. - Johannesburg (2007/2008) and Chief Accounting Officer at FIAT Automóveis S.A. (2005/2007).
