Reynaldo Passanezi Filho

PhD and Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of São Paulo - USP, Master of Economics from Universidade de Campinas - UNICAMP, degrees in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo - PUC/SP, in addition to specialization in Management, Leadership and Innovation from the University of Stanford (USA). Mr. Passanezi Filho has solid career in executive positions in the electric sector (Chief Executive Officer at ISA CTEEP), in the financial sector (Country Manager and C&IB Managing Director at BBVA Brazil), with experience in the public sector, notably in privatization programs (Advisor of the Board of Directors of the State Program of Government Decentralization of the State of São Paulo). He also has extensive experience in business reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, with deep knowledge of Latin America and infrastructure. He is currently a Chief Executive Officer of Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais - CEMIG, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. - TAESA, and member of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais - CODEMGE.
