Welerson Cavalieri

Bachelor's degree in Administration from University FUMEC. Specialization in Total Quality Management at JUSE (Japan), Corporate Governance at IBGC, and Trendsinnovation Advisor at Innova. Mr. Cavalieri served as Senior Consultant, Executive Officer and Senior Partner at Falconi Consultores (until 2020). He was a member of the board of directors at Arezzo & Co (2014/2017), board member and member of the People Committee at Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos - CBTU 2020/2022). He currently holds the position of Advisor at Amazônia Azul de Tecnologias de Defesa - AMAZUL, where he is also Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Audit Committee at SMARTFIT, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the People and Eligibility Committee of Banco de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais - BDMG.
